At Bodylove we are dedicated to providing the best prenatal workout program in Sydney. Our robust daily schedule of prenatal specific classes include Prenatal Reformer, Mat & Yoga. As mama-to-be you’re also welcome to join any of our Barre & yoga classes. All the instructors have been specially trained by Bodylove founder and Pre & Postnatal expert, Ali Handley. There is no better way to prepare the body and the mind for each phase of pregnancy, all the way up to birth, than with a regular schedule of dynamic and challenging prenatal exercise.

Prenatal Reformer
Safe and suitable for women at all stages of pregnancy, these classes are grounded in anatomy with a foundation of safe deep core activation. These workouts will lengthen, strengthen, and stabilize your body, with a focus on preparing you for each stage of pregnancy, labor and a speedy postpartum recovery, leaving you feeling energized, uplifted, and empowered.

Prenatal Mat
Prenatal Mat Pilates classes are safe and suitable for women at all stages of pregnancy & pre-pregnancy. These are challenging and fun 50 minute classes that use a variety of props to modify and transform exercises for the specific physical needs of pregnancy. The workouts are designed to prepare you for each stage of pregnancy, labor and ensure a speedy postpartum recovery. These classes will leave you feeling energized and strong, with a focus on finding deep core connection and space in the changing pregnant body.

Prenatal Yoga

Burn this Barre Down
Tired of traditional barre classes? Burn this Barre down is a 45 minute class that breaks the mold ensuring each workout is unique. Our barre classes are a combination of pilates, yoga and dance. Using balls, light weights, bands and body weight to ensure you get a burn in all the right places and see the results of long lean muscles. Be ready for high intensity intervals that will get your heart rate up, toning sequences, juicy stretches and full body mobilization.
Our Barre classes are all Preggie friendly ** unless you experiencing pelvic pain as most moves are unilateral and can worsen the pain.

Bodylovin Flow
Slow down with us and enjoy an open level 60 min yin style class designed to create space, unravel stress and tension within the body and the mind. Each class will vary on focus depending on the teacher but will all feature creative sequencing, some strong poses and mindful movement. With particular focus on lengthening, releasing and opening up the body we aim at managing the physical changes our bodies go through as well as our mental shifts.
This mindful practice of movements and breath will help us release tension, lengthen our muscles and open our hearts!

Bodylove Mamas
600+ on demand Pre & Postnatal Pilates
Bodylove Mamas is an online studio with 600+ workouts for every stage of pregnancy, postnatal recovery and beyond. Our classes include pre and postnatal Pilates, yoga, barre & HIIT. Our specialized prenatal workout programs are designed for the first, second and third trimester, including birth preparation. Our Postnatal workouts can begin as early as the day after birth, and includes 4th trimester workouts, core recovery and postural workouts that support breast feeding and Diastasis Recti healing.

Nothing makes us happier than we see our new mama community visiting the studio as they make their return to fitness, post birth. We have a wide range of classes that include with or without your baby options. Our postnatal specific classes are BYO Baby Reformer and BYO Baby Mat. We also recommend attending the Barre, Yoga and Stretch classes as you continue to safely rebuild your strength and connection.

BYO Baby Mat
Mama’s we hear you! You want to move. You want to tone. You want to strengthen. You have a baby! No problem - BYO Baby is a 50 minute hybrid class combining Pilates, Barre, Yoga & Cardio to ensure you time starved mamas can get your workouts in without sacrificing time with your baby. These challenging classes are designed specifically with the life of a mama in mind. The dynamic workouts focus on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on correct core activation, spinal & pelvic stability, with yoga inspired flows that find space and length in the body.
We recommend you bring your baby in a carrier or car seat as we are not permitted to leave strollers in the cafe. The classes are held in the mat space downstairs from the studio off the cafe.
Your baby needs to be under 12 months.

BYO Baby Reformer
Mama’s we hear you! You want to move. You want to tone. You want to strengthen. You have a baby! No problem - BYO Baby Reformer is a 50 minute open level class focused on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on correct core activation, spinal & pelvic stability. We will emphasis posture, stability and work on creating tone, strength and space throughout the body!
We recommend you bring your baby in a carrier, bassinet or car seat as we are upstairs and are not permitted to leave strollers in the cafe below.
Your baby needs to be under 12 months.

Let it Go Flow
Ease your way into a sensory experience of mindful release, lengthening, restore & stretch class. Using the reformer bed, we'll focus on finding that much needed space and mobility throughout the body. The class is designed to slow you down, to nourish the nervous system by taping into the para sympathetic state and working to release areas of tightly held tension.

Stretch & Reset
Our bodies work best when we combine work with rest. Stimulation with relaxation. Stretch & Reset is a 50 minute class that aims to provide length, release and space throughout the body and peace in the mind. Using a variety of props to deepen the release and the increase the stretch - this class provides balance to your workout week.
This class is not suitable if you are 12+ weeks pregnant.
