Our $50 Intro Pass is for NEW clients only. The pass gives you access to book any 5 classes over a two week period. You can use the pass at both our Woollahra & Penthouse locations. Our classes include Reformer, Mat, Barre, Yoga & Prenatal specific classes
Intro Pass FAQ's - Get the most out of it!
When does my 2 week period begin?
The two weeks starts from the date of the first class you booked, not the date of purchase.
What do I if I want to take a class that takes place before the first class I booked?
The system will not let you book. You will need to first cancel the classes you have booked. For example - You purchase the Intro Pass on Tuesday. You book you first class on Saturday. Then you decide you want to book Thursday. Step 1. Cancel Saturday's class Step 2. Book Thursday's class. Your Intro Pass now starts on Thursday.
Where can I take class on the Intro Pass?
Your Intro Pass can be used at both locations - Woollahra & The Penthouse.
Can I pause or extend my Intro Pass?
We do not offer refunds or extensions on Intro Passes. Your Pass must be activated in a month from purchase.
Who can purchase the Intro Pass?
NEW clients only. If you have already attended the studio you cannot purchase the the pass. If the system discovers multiple accounts - all additional classes will be charged casually.
What classes can I take?
You can take any 5 classes on the schedule. These include Reformer, Mat, Barre, Yoga, Stretch & Prenatal.

Total Bodylove Reformer
Total Bodylove is an open level flow style reformer class that uses exercises from the beginner, intermediate & advanced pilates repertoire. The goal of this full-body workout is to globally strengthen, lengthen & tone your body. Using a variety of props, Total Bodylove is a 50 minute workout designed to inspire precision, balance and alignment within the body. This class is not suitable if you are 12 + weeks pregnant.

Whip it? Yes we will! That is what this 45 minute class is designed to do. Not for the faint hearted, this is an intermediate/advanced level reformer class that will challenge your cardio fitness, physical and mental strength. Expect a fast paced, athletic Reformer class with high intensity intervals for Pilates lovers who like to work hard, using a variety of props to keep you engaged & energized.

Burn this Barre Down
Tired of traditional barre classes? Burn this Barre down is a 45 minute class that breaks the mold ensuring each workout is unique. Our barre classes are a combination of pilates, yoga and dance. Using balls, light weights, bands and body weight to ensure you get a burn in all the right places and see the results of long lean muscles. Be ready for high intensity intervals that will get your heart rate up, toning sequences, juicy stretches and full body mobilization. Our Barre classes are all Preggie friendly ** unless you experiencing pelvic pain as most moves are unilateral and can worsen the pain.
