Ali is the founder of thriving wellness brand Bodylove Pilates which includes Sydney based studios, a globally recognized on-demand workout platform, Bodylove Mamas and a teacher training academy – Bodylove Academy. She is driven by a belief in holistic wellness and has coined the practice of “The Mindful Burn” as the guiding principle of her method. The Bodylove experience delivers a magical, innovative and unique experience that is constantly evolving & Ali is thrilled to be expanding her method with you over the long weekend.
