Terms and Conditions

If you register on the Website, you will be required to choose a password and user name, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account, such as your e-mail address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify BodyLove Pilates of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another Member’s account without prior authorization from BodyLove Pilates. BodyLove Pilates will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

BodyLove Pilates respects your privacy and permits you to control certain aspects of the treatment of your personal information as set forth in BodyLove Pilates’s Privacy Policy. A complete statement of the current privacy policy can be found in BodyLove Pilates’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
