Meet Our Founder
Ali Handley is the founder of Bodylove Mamas, mum of 3 and a pre & postnatal Pilates specialist. Completing extensive training at elite studios in New York City, Ali launched the platform shortly after the birth of her second child in 2015 and the programs follow her genuine motherhood journey. The collections are built and informed by her pregnancies, postnatal recoveries and life now as a strong mama.
Since moving home to Australia in 2018, Ali has opened two bricks and mortar studio spaces in Sydney called Bodylove Pilates. Staying true to her dedication to supporting mothers, they feature a robust prenatal pilates schedule unlike any other, with specific reformer, mat, barre & yoga classes.
