How do I mentally prepare?
As mothers ourselves we understand the idea of another “challenge” is absolutely not what you need. Please think of this instead as a mindfully created framework for a month that is about you shifting your energy, attitude and creating space in your busy life to focus on you. We want to encourage and support you to reach the intentions and goals you set for yourself. Think of us as your guide, thoughtfully creating an opportunity to evolve, alongside other Bodylove Mama’s from all over the world embarking on this self-love month.
How do I practically prepare?
Our workouts range from 10 - 45 minutes and are a combination of mat pilates, barre & yoga. We encourage you to begin thinking about your schedule for the week ahead so that you can find the time to roll out your mat.
How do I stay up to date & supported during the challenge?
Follow along on instagram & expect additional inspiration & email support! Don't forget to comment on the workouts as you go along, we want to know if if you're loving what we're filming! We love to see you move so please tag us in your workouts!!

What do I need?
A mat & space for you to move. The workouts include a wide selection of both bodyweight & small prop workouts for you to choose from. Small props include light weights or Bala power bangles (1-2kg), small Pilates ball sliders, yoga bricks, booty bands a foam roller.

You deserve to feel good. Too often we do not prioritize our well being and take suffering as part of the job. Created for Mamas by Mamas, this program has been designed to make wellness attainable and your goals and intentions realized.
