Jump Rebels is an open level cardio based Reformer class designed to make you sweat using the jumpboard as the primary prop. Set to uplifting music, challenge your body and mind and get ready to MOVE. This class is not suitable if you are 12 + weeks pregnant.

Whip it? Yes we will! That is what this 45 minute class is designed to do. Not for the faint hearted, this is an intermediate/advanced level reformer class that will challenge your cardio fitness, physical and mental strength. Expect a fast paced, athletic Reformer class with high intensity intervals for Pilates lovers who like to work hard, using a variety of props to keep you engaged & energized.

Total Bodylove Reformer
Total Bodylove is an open level flow style reformer class that uses exercises from the beginner, intermediate & advanced pilates repertoire. The goal of this full-body workout is to globally strengthen, lengthen & tone your body. Using a variety of props, Total Bodylove is a 50 minute workout designed to inspire precision, balance and alignment within the body. This class is not suitable if you are 12 + weeks pregnant.

Reformer Foundations
New to Reformer Pilates? No problem! This 50 minute beginner focused class is designed to give new students a strong foundation that is grounded in the Pilates principles of Centering, Control, Concentration, Precision, Breath & Flow. In this class you will learn about correct body alignment, how to safely use the machine and time is taken to ensure you are getting the important basics and technique right. When you find it easy you will know you are no longer a beginner. *This class is not suitable if you are 13 weeks pregnant and over. We ask that you please book only prenatal friendly classes.

Let it Go Flow
Ease your way into a sensory experience of mindful release, lengthening, restore & stretch class. Using the reformer bed, we’ll focus on finding that much needed space and mobility throughout the body. The class is designed to slow you down, to nourish the nervous system by taping into the para sympathetic state and working to release areas of tightly held tension.
