Bodylovin Flow
Slow down with us and enjoy an open level 60 min yin style class designed to create space, unravel stress and tension within the body and the mind. Each class will vary on focus depending on the teacher but will all feature creative sequencing, some strong poses and mindful movement. With particular focus on lengthening, releasing and opening up the body we aim at managing the physical changes our bodies go through as well as our mental shifts. This mindful practice of movements and breath will help us release tension, lengthen our muscles and open our hearts! Lose yourself in the Flow. This class is Prenatal friendly.
