Are you a woman in your 40s? Are you wondering what changes you should make as you approach menopause and when you should start making them? Are you worrying about memory loss, hot flushes, sleeplessness, and anxiety? If so, join Nicky Clark, a registered Nutritional Therapist, to learn the role of diet in how your body adapts to the hormone changes that take place during this period (called perimenopause, which runs from your late 30s until around age 50).
